i was watching this taiwan law info show 'Happy Go!' on cable tv
channel 54 every saturday evening where they act out scenarios of
common everyday law cases... the host and taiwan
lawyer-tv host Xie Zheng Wu, and co-host Liu Zhen. in
which they talked abt "Guo Pei" which is loosely translated to
'country compensation' when the civil service is at fault and the
person is seeking compensation from the government...
so got such things in singapore law context?
